The Commercial Enablement Program Manager at Westinghouse will play a crucial role in supporting the company's sales growth objectives by providing effective enterprise commercial platforms, process tools, and reporting. This position involves training and supporting global commercial teams, facilitating projects, and developing initiatives that ensure consistent reporting, opportunity management, order entry creation, commercial data integrity, and customer feedback collection. The role is integral to the success of the commercial operations and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration across various departments. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will lead the CCOE weekly and monthly reporting, which includes analysis, data quality assurance, and coordination with company-wide commercial teams. You will also serve as the implementation lead for the annual Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), developing work instructions and overseeing technology deployments. Additionally, you will be responsible for the integrated Westinghouse Voice of Customer (VoC) program, which involves developing work instructions for technology deployments, executing surveys, and integrating external platform data. As the design lead for commercial improvement initiatives in PowerBI, you will develop functional requirements for analytics, reporting, and cross-platform integration. You will meet with PowerBI end users to understand their needs and evaluate the effectiveness of available upgrades and developmental options. Training development and delivery for PowerBI will also be part of your responsibilities, including creating job aids and support content. Furthermore, you will manage subscription responsibilities, facilitating the procurement process for subscription renewals and interfacing with the global shared service team for user management.
