About the position

The Commercial Enablement Program Manager at Westinghouse will play a crucial role in supporting the company's sales growth objectives by providing effective commercial platforms, process tools, and reporting. This position involves training and supporting global commercial teams, facilitating projects that ensure consistent reporting, opportunity management, and customer feedback collection.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CCOE weekly and monthly reporting, including analysis and data quality assurance.
  • Serve as the implementation lead for the annual Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), developing work instructions and overseeing technology deployments.
  • Act as the implementation lead for the integrated Westinghouse Voice of Customer (VoC) program, including survey execution and external platform data integration.
  • Design lead for commercial improvement initiatives in PowerBI, developing functional requirements for analytics and reporting.
  • Implement the Market Intelligence Platform (MIP), overseeing technology deployments and business plan reporting.
  • Meet with PowerBI end users to evaluate the effectiveness of upgrades and developmental options.
  • Develop and deliver training for PowerBI, including job aids and support content.
  • Facilitate the procurement process for subscription renewal and manage user allocations with corporate finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; master's level preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of front-end sales experience in a business environment.
  • Familiarity with the MS Power platform is preferred.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management applications such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Experience with financial reporting and designing supporting visuals.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and information management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
