Responsibilities

• Establish new commercial escrow accounts and process escrow documents according to established policies and procedures.
• Act as a neutral third-party between buyers and sellers during real estate sales, managing funds and processing transactions.
• Understand how the team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives.
• Impact the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team through individual work.
• Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently.
• Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
• Communicate and explain complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience.
