Responsibilities
- Produce accurate material and labor take-offs for bidding on various construction projects.
- Create manual or digital material, equipment, and fixture take-offs using Quote Express software.
- Identify, communicate, and coordinate scopes of work to request pricing from subcontractors and vendors.
- Evaluate bids for completeness and compliance.
- Price materials and estimate labor, extending detailed cost estimates using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Plumbing estimating.
- Proficiency in Blueprint Reading.
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction is preferred.
- Strong Estimating skills.
- Excellent Time Management abilities.
- Experience in Cost Analysis.
