Commercial Fence Install Foreman

About the position

The Commercial Fence Install Foreman will lead a crew of two to three helpers on commercial job sites, primarily focusing on chain link fence installation. The role requires a strong leadership background and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and customer service. The foreman will oversee projects within the Memphis area, with occasional out-of-town jobs, and will be responsible for ensuring the crew meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of two to three helpers on commercial fence installation projects.
• Ensure high-quality installation of chain link fences and other types as needed.
• Maintain a clean driving record to operate company trucks, which may require a CDL.
• Manage job site safety and quality control.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members.

Requirements

• Verifiable experience leading a crew installing commercial chain link fence.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
• References must be provided prior to job offer.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ornamental and wood fence installation.
