QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking local experienced employees to join our fast-growing service division. We are currently hiring for various positions including Foremen, Estimators, Superintendents, and Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the nation's largest commercial and industrial flooring contractor, which has seen tremendous growth in our flooring division. Our services include concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting, and we are recognized as the leading provider of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for pedestrian and vehicle spaces in the industrial, commercial, and retail markets. Responsibilities
- Manage flooring projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Collaborate with team members to execute flooring installations and maintenance.
- Provide estimates for flooring projects and communicate effectively with clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Train and supervise junior staff and crew members on flooring techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass DOT physical examination.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience with epoxy/resinous flooring is preferred.
- Previous flooring experience is a plus.
- Ability to work successfully both individually and in a team environment.
