The role will be located in Davidson and will provide the opportunity to work closely with our Human Resources Business Partner supporting the Product Management and Services & Aftermarket, and hourly technician teams executing on HR initiatives. Additionally this person will ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement in areas such as Engagement, Talent Acquisition / Development, Culture, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion, Capability Building, and Organizational Effectiveness.
