Lee Company is seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Technicians to join their team in Middle Tennessee. The role involves providing exceptional service in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various commercial HVAC equipment. Opportunities are available in Maintenance, Service, or Install, with both site-based and truck-based positions offered. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all service calls and installations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in HVAC systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing job duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including commercial refrigeration and VRF equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice-to-haves
- NCCER certification or equivalent training in HVAC systems.
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems ranging from 1-80 tons.
- Familiarity with DOAS and water source equipment.
