About The Position

Christian Brothers Mechanical Services is looking for one commercial HVAC sales engineer / Sales Estimator. This position involves commercial project sales for HVAC, understanding the sales process for commercial projects, and being able to sell multiple projects. The ideal candidate will sell above $8,000,000 annually and must be a strong communicator and negotiator, taking care of customers' needs above all else. Responsibilities include bidding new construction HVAC projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 10 years in commercial HVAC Sales.
  • HVAC equipment knowledge.
  • Duct systems, piping, controls, lifts, and cranes experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-discipline and good judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Technology.
  • Managerial skills (Supervisor).
  • Experience with lifts/cranes.

Responsibilities
