About the position
Elite Mechanical is seeking a qualified Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing business. This position involves working on a variety of HVAC systems, including gas and electric furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, Roof Top Units, chillers, and geothermal units. The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for not only troubleshooting and fixing HVAC systems but also for performing installations as needed. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to read wiring schematics. Proficiency in using recovery equipment, as well as skills in welding, soldering, and brazing copper, are essential. You will be expected to adhere to the employee handbook and collaborate effectively with team members to prioritize customer satisfaction. After a probationary period of 90 days, a company van will be provided for your use. This position is based in Wahpeton, ND, which is located approximately 45 miles south of Fargo. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $40, depending on qualifications and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a simple IRA, holiday pay, and paid time off (PTO).
