About the position
The HVAC Service Technician role at Tech USA involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers. This full-time position requires a skilled technician to diagnose and resolve service issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to schedules.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers.
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
- Travel to job sites in the service area and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedules and communicate delays to customers.
- Be available to work nights or weekends on a rotating basis to address emergency service needs.
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer's recommendations, and explain issues and solutions to customers.
- Participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience working with industrial and commercial HVAC equipment for service and installation.
- Experience with service on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
- Must have a clean driving record and a good work history.
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
