Responsibilities

• Attend paid classroom training onsite to learn about insurance offerings, focusing on the Commercial Certificate of Insurance, Licensing, or Account Management Coordinator.
• Take good notes, ask questions, and participate in training activities.
• Drive timely and accurate processing of complex documents for the Commercial Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Licensing.
• Pull data from multiple databases and utilize Excel to summarize the information.
• Manage a portfolio of multiple clients at different stages within the Insurance Renewal Process.
• Oversee and record client and carrier communication within Sharepoint.
• Prepare client-specific reports.
• Build and maintain cohesive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the point of contact for your client portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• 2 years of experience with Excel Pivot Tables required.
• 4 years of experience in business coursework required.
• 2 years of experience in insurance preferred.
