About the position

The Commercial Insurance Account Manager at Higginbotham Insurance Agency is responsible for supporting the P&C Sales Producers in marketing and managing commercial insurance policies. This role involves preparing and presenting insurance solutions, re-marketing existing policies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist P&C Sales Producers in generating marketing to pitch policies to clients.
  • Prepare and present commercial insurance solutions.
  • Re-market existing insurance policies to improve clients' risk management.
  • Work with business and insurance professionals to renew commercial insurance policies.
  • Amend insurance policies to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Respond to client inquiries and change requests.
  • Earn professional licenses and certifications as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in commercial insurance preferred.
  • General Lines Agent Property & Casualty License required.
  • AMS 360 experience preferred or knowledge of a similar AMS system (EPIC, etc).
