This position offers a salary range from $35,000 to $45,000 per year based on experience, along with commission opportunities. The role is available in both part-time and full-time capacities, with a Monday to Friday schedule and evenings off. Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Process policies and handle claims efficiently and accurately.
• Assess risks associated with various businesses to determine appropriate coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and claims.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great customer service skills.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
