About the position

The Commercial Insurance Inspector position at Pro Inspections involves conducting property inspections for insurance purposes. This part-time role allows for a flexible schedule, where inspectors are responsible for meeting with insured clients, taking necessary measurements and photographs, and completing reports based on the inspections. The position is designed for entry-level candidates, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact the insured to schedule inspection dates and times.
• Conduct property inspections, including taking interior and exterior photos.
• Measure the building and complete a questionnaire with the insured.
• Upload photos and complete the inspection report online after returning to the home office.

Requirements

• Must have a digital camera, measuring wheel, cell phone with GPS, computer, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to complete inspections within normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM).
• Willingness to undergo training and background checks if required.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in property inspections or related fields is a plus but not required.
