World Insurance Associates is seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to join our dynamic team in Titusville, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing risk management solutions to both businesses and individuals. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, identifying, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients, regardless of their size. You will engage in various sales and marketing tactics, supported by extensive corporate marketing resources, to move prospects through your sales funnel to closing. With access to a wide range of resources, you will be empowered to help clients improve their performance and enhance the value of their businesses through employee benefits, retirement savings programs, payroll, and human capital management. You will never have to turn away a prospective client, as our investments in risk management solutions ensure that you can assist with any challenge they face. We are looking for individuals who are humble, hungry, and enjoy the thrill of the hunt. If you have a proven track record in sales and are comfortable pitching to diverse populations of business leaders, we want to hear from you. While previous insurance experience is helpful, it is not required, and we are open to candidates from various industries. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business with a focus on commercial accounts.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience selling solutions to business owners.
  • Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Relevant insurance licenses are beneficial but not necessary to start.
