About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, and collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, needs, and budget
• Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval
• Develop detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the project
• Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they meet the client's expectations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
• Proficient in lighting design, drafting, renovating, and space planning
• Strong knowledge of color theory and its application in interior design
• Experience in project management and working with contractors
• Proficient in design software such as Bluebeam and Sketchup
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
