About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. This key leadership role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to schedule and budget
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship, safety compliance, and overall project quality
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement strategies for resolving any issues or challenges that arise during construction
• Maintain accurate documentation of all project-related activities, including daily reports, change orders, and RFIs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry from the ground up construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and contract documents
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Must be personable and efficient
• Must have a working knowledge in Excel
