About the position

The Commercial Landscape Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth through effective account management and customer relationship building. This role requires a strong background in horticulture and landscape maintenance, along with excellent communication skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will implement sales strategies, analyze customer needs, and manage key accounts to maximize revenue and meet company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Retain and renew contracts to meet customer expectations and satisfaction with services.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee profitable sales of enhancement projects and manage their administration.
  • Direct crew work and schedules, including daily launching and receiving of crews, and verifying equipment checks and safety practices.
  • Utilize company software for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven 2-year experience in commercial landscape management.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and account management.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a Pesticide Applicator's License with WA Dept. of Agriculture.
  • Maintain a WA Driver's License in good standing.
  • Strong track record of closing deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Aspire) software is highly desirable.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills for customer and intra-company interactions.
