About the position
The Associate Branch Manager/Branch Manager In Training at Stay Green Inc. is responsible for overseeing operations within the Landscape Maintenance department. This role focuses on managing district operations, supporting field personnel, and maintaining high standards of client relationships. The position emphasizes leadership, efficiency, safety, and adherence to company policies, aiming to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all operations within assigned districts, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high production standards.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and training to field personnel.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to achieve P&L results, including enhancement sales and account profitability.
- Implement and coach company policies, systems, and procedures related to field operations, safety, and quality control.
- Monitor and hold subordinates accountable for their duties and responsibilities.
- Participate in emergency call rotations, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Conduct all transactions in compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of related experience in a hands-on environment, with a focus on landscape maintenance.
- Certification or working towards QAL and CLP certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Internet, and email.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and allocate workload efficiently.
- Valid Driver's License.
