About the position

The Commercial Lines Account Coordinator will support the Commercial Lines department at AssuredPartners, focusing on delivering exceptional risk management solutions to clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts while contributing to the growth of the client base. The position emphasizes professional development, with high visibility to senior leadership and opportunities for upward movement within the client services teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in creating correspondence to carriers and clients, including transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other written communications.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Manage accounts by entering client information into the agency management system, auditing client data, processing change requests, and preparing notices of cancellations and reinstatements.
  • Engage in self-directed learning to increase insurance knowledge by studying industry trends.
  • Maintain carrier updates and bulletins.

Requirements

  • Desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license with support from the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software.
