IBC Bank is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Executive Assistant to support our Account Executive team in providing exceptional service to our clients. This full-time, in-office position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, with the potential to advance to a full Account Executive role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service, aligning with the bank's commitment to excellence and customer-centric philosophy. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Account Executive with various day-to-day service needs, including marketing for new and renewal coverages, preparing summaries of insurance, and managing claims and cancellations. You will work closely with the Account Executive to process Certificates and Evidences of Property, issue Auto ID cards, and maintain accurate client data in our agency management system (AMS). Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential as you support the team in meeting the agency's quality and service standards. As you gain experience, you will be involved in more complex tasks such as creating renewal proposals, gathering supplemental applications, and preparing policy cancellations.
