About the position

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for servicing commercial insurance accounts of various sizes, focusing on strengthening client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role involves quoting new business, managing renewals, and processing necessary documentation while resolving client claims efficiently. The position offers flexibility in work arrangements, allowing for remote or hybrid options.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing commercial insurance accounts of all sizes.
  • Strengthening and maintaining current client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing high levels of trust and professionalism.
  • Quoting new business and marketing renewals under the direction of the Account Executive/Producer.
  • Making proposal adjustments and quotations from client meetings with the producer.
  • Processing certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements.
  • Requesting information and documentation as needed.
  • Resolving client claims issues efficiently and urgently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.
  • Proficiency with EZLynx AMS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and carrier rating websites.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of a generalized book of business with coverages including construction, transportation, retail, restaurants, and work comp.
