About the position

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a high-volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to clients, retaining existing accounts, and enhancing clients' insurance programs through tailored solutions. The position requires a thorough understanding of the insurance market and the ability to analyze and service client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Retention of existing accounts by providing day-to-day in-house customer service to clients.
• Provide insurance solutions that enhance clients' insurance programs.
• Analyze, retain, service, market, and round-out coverage needs for successful clients.
• Manage a high-volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business.
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
• Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries.

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of experience with Commercial Lines, preferably in mid-market to large market.
• Experience with a variety of major insurance carriers.
• Current Property & Casualty License.
