About the position

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a high-volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and ensuring the retention of existing accounts. This role involves analyzing and enhancing clients' insurance programs, handling renewals, service requests, claims, and billing, while maintaining a thorough understanding of the insurance markets and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day in-house customer service to assigned clients.
• Analyze, retain, service, market, and round-out coverage needs for clients.
• Manage a high-volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business.
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
• Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries.

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of experience with Commercial Lines insurance.
• Experience with mid-market to large market clients preferred.
• Familiarity with a variety of major insurance carriers.
• Current Property & Casualty License.
