Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service to ensure client satisfaction and policy renewals.
- Multi-task effectively across various client management systems, including AMS360.
- Contribute to team goals and uphold our commitment to excellent service.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of P&C Commercial Insurance experience required
- A Property and Casualty Insurance License required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and exceptional customer service
Nice-to-haves
- Brokerage experience is a bonus!
