About the position

The Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager at World Insurance Associates plays a crucial role in supporting the Account Executive with client management and retention tasks. This position focuses on managing a book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required tasks while fostering strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Executive in managing a book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business.
  • Ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
  • Grow client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy and excellent service.
  • Support in handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets, underwriting guidelines, and procedures.
  • Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries.
  • Coordinate expiration list with department manager to obtain renewal business information.

Requirements

  • Two years minimum Commercial Lines Account Management or support experience required.
  • Property & Casualty License required, or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months of employment.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required.
  • Applied/EPIC or similar agency management software experience preferred.
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.

  • Experience with Applied/EPIC or similar agency management software.
