About the position
The Commercial Client Administrator/CSR at The Misch Group plays a crucial role in assisting the client service team with the servicing and retention of commercial accounts. This position focuses on ensuring client retention goals are met by responding promptly to service requests and managing various account servicing needs throughout the policy year. The role involves collaboration with Client Managers and requires a commitment to outstanding customer service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for account servicing needs during the policy year including binders, certificates, evidence of property, auto ID cards, motor vehicle records, endorsements, invoicing, audits, claims, cancellations, and policy checks.
- Assist Client Managers with insurance reviews by comparing insurance requirements to existing coverages and obtaining quotes for necessary coverages.
- Assist Client Managers in the renewal and new business processes by ordering loss runs from insurance carriers, preparing and updating renewal surveys and proposals, and sending applications to clients.
- Request or process binders, auto ID cards, invoices, and finance agreements as needed.
- Ensure the integrity of policy data on Agency Management Systems and comply with corporate workflow procedures and guidelines.
- Provide outstanding customer service and teamwork, seeking to improve processes whenever possible.
Requirements
- 1+ Year Client Administration Experience
- Current California Insurance License
- Proficiency in PC Applications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
