About the position

The Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager at Insurance Lounge, LLC is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking commercial insurance solutions. This role focuses on evaluating insurance options, guiding clients through the policy writing and renewal processes, and ensuring that client records are accurately maintained. The position is integral to the company's mission of simplifying the insurance purchasing experience for consumers.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and insurance carriers to evaluate the best options for commercial lines of insurance on a case-by-case basis.
• Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during the policy writing and renewal processes.
• Prepare and present policy/coverage options and information to clients.
• Follow documentation policies and procedures to ensure client records are maintained within the client management database.
• Address day-to-day client matters in a timely manner, including questions and issues surrounding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.
• Demonstrate seasonal flexibility for increased customer traffic.

Requirements

• Active Oregon resident P&C license.
• Previous experience with commercial sales and insurance.
• Familiarity with P&C carriers and commercial lines carriers and coverages.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and complete quotes and service work in a timely manner.

Nice-to-haves

• Produce high quality, professional informational materials for clients, as needed.
• Ability to clearly explain the details and implications of coverages to clients.
