About the position

The Commercial Lines P&C Account Executive at SterlingBridge Insurance Agency is responsible for servicing and selling Personal and Commercial Lines accounts within the Property & Casualty department. This role emphasizes providing high-quality customer service and leveraging sales and marketing expertise to foster and maintain client relationships. The position requires a strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to make informed business decisions to address client inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Service and sell Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts in the P&C department.
• Provide high-level customer service and sales/marketing expertise.
• Foster and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
• Address client inquiries based on product knowledge and sound business decisions.
• Ensure timely, organized, and efficient sales and service results.

Requirements

• Current Property & Casualty license.
• Prior agency customer service/sales experience.
• Proficient in all lines of business including coverage, underwriting & rating, and risk analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Strong sales acumen.
• Ability to understand insurance product contract language.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Applied Epic or comparable CRM system.
