About the position
The Commercial Lines Producer role is a permanent position focused on driving sales in the commercial lines insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be a passionate sales professional with a proven track record in commercial lines insurance, responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while utilizing various sales strategies to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, emails, and diverse channels to uncover new sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings or calls with potential clients to present offerings
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year in a sales role with a demonstrated ability to convert prospects into loyal customers
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and maintaining a goal-oriented approach
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Comfortable with cold calling, conducting research, and generating new leads
