About The Position
The Commercial Loan Documentation Manager oversees the preparation of accurate loan documents for various commercial loans, including C & I, construction, both owner and non-owner-occupied commercial real estate and SBA loans. This role ensures efficient collateral perfection and closing processes for the bank's Commercial and Government Guaranteed lending divisions. The manager leads a team, monitors loan documentation progress, ensures compliance with credit policies and regulations, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
