About The Position
The position of Manager III involves managing a commercial loan portfolio within a designated service area. The role includes providing both direct and indirect commercial lending services while ensuring efficient and effective service of commercial loans. The manager will implement strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding established sales and customer service goals, while also ensuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures, as well as outside regulatory compliance requirements. Additionally, the manager is responsible for maintaining an accurate awareness of credit quality and potential credit risks.
