We are currently seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to join our Business Services Operations team. You will work directly with the Business Services Officers and commercial lending clients to provide excellent member service in the business loan closing process and on-going record keeping process. You will provide on-going, complex administrative support for business members, and for providing general support and assistance to BSOs. You are assigned tasks are generally complex in nature requiring broad experience, member services skills, ability to work independently and make decisions, and general knowledge of CU's lending policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Business Services Officers and commercial lending clients.
  • Provide excellent member service in the business loan closing process.
  • Maintain ongoing record keeping for business loans.
  • Provide complex administrative support for business members.
  • Assist Business Services Officers with general support and assistance.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience.
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience with commercial loan clients and business banking services.
  • Familiarity with Laser Pro documentation and understanding of real estate title insurance/binders.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience dealing with sensitive information and problem resolution.
  • Ability to work with legal documents and identify/interpret data as needed.
