About the position
The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist will serve as the primary contact for commercial real estate clients, managing construction draw processes, overseeing closing service modifications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements. This role involves collaboration with clients, legal teams, and construction consultants while balancing multiple projects and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage construction draw processes.
- Oversee closing service modifications.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements.
- Perform general tickler follow-up including insurance.
- Submit insurance requests to the insurance portal.
- Process payments and handle rate changes/locks.
- Manage payoff letters and analyze requests according to established guidelines.
- Interact directly with the Client Management team, borrowers, legal counsel, construction consultants, and title companies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration, finance, or accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
