About the position

Stinger is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Commercial Fleet division, responsible for creating engaging content that enhances brand awareness. This role involves collaboration with sales and product development teams to showcase Stinger's diverse product offerings, including vehicle solutions in lighting, infotainment, safety, and telematics. The Marketing Manager will shape the brand's image and identity through strategic content creation and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create carefully crafted content including video, articles, social media, and web content such as blog posts and press releases.
  • Develop consumer-driven product marketing that translates technical features into consumer benefits to drive demand.
  • Customize and execute strategic plans targeting independent retailers and commercial partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and identify potential customers.
  • Create marketing materials, advertising, client communications, direct mail, and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the writing of press releases, marketing materials, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop design solutions that meet strategic and creative requirements.
  • Maintain internal naming conventions and digital file organization.
  • Design graphics for commercial or promotional needs, including packaging, brochures, and tradeshow displays.
  • Manage Stinger Commercial's website and social media content.
  • Plan and deliver content for key trade shows for the Commercial team.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel go-to-market plans.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and experience in transforming insights into actionable strategies.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
