About the position

The Commercial Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the commercial success of life sciences brands within the RevOps organization. This position focuses on executing strategic marketing initiatives that support sales teams through content creation and sales enablement. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing materials and conduct competitive analysis to effectively position the brands in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product brochures, case studies, and white papers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the tools and resources required to close deals effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the latest marketing materials and product knowledge.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content for commercial applications, including product descriptions, blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, ad copy, and social media content.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  • Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all marketing materials.
  • Perform ongoing competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Develop and refine brand positioning strategies based on competitive insights and market research.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to integrate competitive insights into RevOps strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial marketing, with a strong focus on sales enablement and content creation, preferably within the life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales and grow market share.
  • Extensive experience in writing and producing high-quality sales collateral, product content, and other marketing materials.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform competitive analysis and apply insights to marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Hubspot, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
