About the position

AGM Real Estate Group LLC is currently seeking experienced Commercial, Multifamily, and Mixed-Use Property Managers to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. The role of a property manager at AGM is critical in maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and residents while ensuring the quality of asset operations and performance. Property managers will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, financial management, compliance and risk management, capital improvement planning, vendor and contractor management, lease and tenant management, market analysis, tenant and resident relations, project coordination, and client communication and reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of property operations, real estate markets, and investment analysis, along with excellent financial analysis and modeling skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can adapt to changing market conditions and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. They will also have experience with property management software and tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This is a full-time, in-office position, and the salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Property Owners, Tenants, and Residents
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including maintenance, landscaping, and security
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts and annual budgets
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance of individual properties and the overall portfolio
  • Provide monthly financial reporting and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement
  • Advise Property Owners on relevant laws and regulations
  • Identify and assess risks associated with the portfolio and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Develop and oversee capital improvement plans that align with asset strategies
  • Oversee relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Lead lease negotiations and tenant relations
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential investment opportunities
  • Address tenant and resident inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Coordinate and manage community improvement projects and renovations
  • Prepare and present regular reports on asset performance and financial metrics to senior management and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in asset/property management
