About the position

The Health Systems Commercial Operations Analyst role at Labcorp is pivotal in supporting the company's growth initiatives within its diagnostic laboratory service business. This position focuses on developing partnerships with health systems and academic hospitals, driving project management for RFP submissions, and enhancing deal processes. The analyst will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to produce high-quality proposal materials and provide insights through data analysis, ultimately contributing to meaningful outcomes for patients and providers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Health Systems Commercial Leadership to support key growth initiatives and day-to-day commercial operations.
  • Drive project management for RFP submissions, coordinating with key stakeholders to schedule meetings, track responsibilities, and compile proposal materials.
  • Format Word documents and PowerPoint presentations in support of RFPs and the deal process.
  • Draft new RFP language based on subject matter expert inputs.
  • Interface between Health Systems leadership, Finance, Marketing, Corporate Development, Managed Care, Legal, and other key stakeholders to execute on deal process deliverables.
  • Support continuous enhancements to the deal process and project management process.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for key quantitative and qualitative data and insights for the Health Systems Commercial Operations team.
  • Act as a key point of contact for CRM including forecast and funnel management, prospect targeting, and competitive analysis.
  • Utilize various tools and data resources to drive insights on prospect targeting and competitive analysis.
  • Communicate insights and findings to influence decision-making and drive action to achieve business results.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and work with the VP of Finance on financials.

Requirements

  • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Quantitative and qualitative data modeling experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of applicable work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proposal submission experience.
  • Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Health system-specific healthcare experience.
  • High-level understanding of pro forma financial modeling.
