About the position

The Health Systems Commercial Operations Analyst role at Labcorp is essential for supporting the development of collaborations with health systems and academic hospitals. This position is based in Burlington, NC, and is part of a team focused on creating lab strategies that provide meaningful answers for patients and providers. The analyst will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to sales and marketing initiatives, managing RFP submissions, and enhancing deal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Health Systems Commercial Leadership to support key growth initiatives & day-to-day commercial operations
  • Driving project management for RFP submissions, coordinating with key stakeholders to schedule meetings, track responsibilities and assignments, compile proposal materials, and other key organizational tasks
  • Formatting Word documents and PowerPoint presentations in support of RFPs and the deal process
  • Drafting new RFP language, based on subject matter expert inputs
  • Interfacing between Health Systems leadership, Finance, Marketing, Corporate Development, Managed Care, Legal, Commercial Operations, and other key stakeholders to execute on deal process deliverables
  • Supporting continuous enhancements to the deal process / project management process
  • Serving as the central point of contact for key quantitative and qualitative data and insights for the Health Systems Commercial Operations team
  • Acting as a key point of contact for CRM including forecast and funnel management, prospect targeting and competitive analysis
  • Utilizing various tools and data resources to drive insights on prospect targeting and competitive analysis
  • Communicating insights and findings to influence decision-making and drive action to achieve business results
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings
  • Coordinating with VP of Finance on financials
  • Performing other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Quantitative and qualitative data modeling experience
  • Project management experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of applicable work experience
  • Extensive experience will be considered in lieu of the more formal qualifications

Nice-to-haves

  • Proposal submission experience
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Health system-specific healthcare experience
  • High-level understanding of pro forma financial modeling
