About the position

The Health Systems Commercial Operations Analyst at Labcorp plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth initiatives within its diagnostic laboratory service business. This position involves collaborating with health systems and academic hospitals to develop strategic partnerships and enhance deal execution processes. The analyst will be responsible for project management, data analysis, and the preparation of proposal materials, contributing to the overall success of the Health Systems team.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales and marketing initiatives and RFPs for broad-based deals.
  • Drive project management for RFP submissions, coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Format Word documents and PowerPoint presentations for RFPs.
  • Draft new RFP language based on expert inputs.
  • Interface with various departments to execute deal process deliverables.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Act as a key contact for CRM, including forecast and funnel management.
  • Utilize healthcare-specific databases for insights on prospect targeting.
  • Communicate insights to influence decision-making and drive action.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and financials.

Requirements

  • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Quantitative and qualitative data modeling experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of applicable work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proposal submission experience.
  • Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Health system-specific healthcare experience.
  • High-level understanding of pro forma financial modeling.
