About the position

The Health Systems Commercial Operations Analyst role at Labcorp is pivotal in supporting the company's growth initiatives within its diagnostic laboratory service business. This position involves collaborating with health systems and academic hospitals to develop strategic partnerships and enhance deal execution processes. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to produce high-quality proposal materials and drive continuous improvements in commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and marketing initiatives and RFPs for broad-based deals.
• Drive project management for RFP submissions, coordinating with key stakeholders.
• Format Word documents and PowerPoint presentations for RFPs and the deal process.
• Draft new RFP language based on subject matter expert inputs.
• Interface between Health Systems leadership and other departments to execute deal process deliverables.
• Serve as the central point of contact for key quantitative and qualitative data and insights.
• Act as a key point of contact for CRM including forecast and funnel management.
• Utilize various tools and data resources for insights on prospect targeting and competitive analysis.
• Communicate insights and findings to influence decision-making and drive action.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and financials with the VP of Finance.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Quantitative and qualitative data modeling experience.
• Project management experience.
• Healthcare experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of applicable work experience.
