About the position

The Commercial Operations Coordinator at Solmetex Inc. is responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the commercial team. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining department communications, coordinating travel and meeting logistics, preparing presentations and reports, and assisting with special projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor price list process and communications.
• Oversee quarterly promotion program management.
• Partner with directors and distributor management to execute distributor communications.
• Manage and distribute general marketing communications.
• Plan and execute the company's National Sales Meeting in collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team.
• Manage Marketing Analytics information distribution in collaboration with Finance Data Analyst.
• Plan and organize trade shows and events, such as conventions.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure all event details are handled professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent marketing efforts.
• Generate high levels of customer satisfaction with end users and dealer teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of administration experience in commercial coordination or a similar sales and marketing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
