• Creating and processing sales agreements.
• Coordinating buyer agents' agreements with sales and the legal team.
• Managing inbox workload processing and distribution.
• Creating automated price notifications and handling queries.
• Processing customer account applications and credit line increases.
• Managing tax exemption forms.
• Providing ad hoc quoting on behalf of sales.
• Handling invoice and general queries.

Requirements

• Associate Degree required.
• 3+ years of aviation experience.
• 1+ years of aviation fuel pricing experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
