The Commercial Packaging Specialist at EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation is a vital role focused on overseeing shipping and packaging operations within the aerospace industry. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all shipping needs are met accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all shipping and packaging needs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Verifying orders, packing shipments securely, and loading them for transport.
• Maintaining inventory control and utilizing a PPC/Handheld Scanner.
• Operating equipment like forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
• Preparing shipping documents and obtaining driver signatures.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of departmental processes.
• Upholding a safe and clean work environment.
• Operating various tools (measuring tapes, nail guns, box cutters, table saws).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping/packaging (preferred).
• The ability to lift 50 lbs and thrive in a warehouse setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Able to build pallets and packaging boxes.
