About the position

Join the Reyes Fleet Management team to support our fleet shops in the Sacramento area. This position will be supporting 5 of our fleet shops (Sacramento, Chico, Redding, Truckee) so you must be available to travel. Experience with inventory, commercial parts and invoice processing is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the shop parts department.
  • Plan, direct, and control the activities to ensure technicians have the parts needed.
  • Manage the proper inventory levels while supporting the fleet manager with administrative duties by processing vendor invoices for parts and service.
  • Evaluate the department's results against Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to maintain the highest quality standard in serving the customer.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience.
  • Valid Driver's License to operate applicable company vehicles.
