About the position
The Commercial Pest Control Technician at OPC Pest Services is responsible for delivering high-quality pest management services to commercial and industrial clients in the Jefferson County area. Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to industrial, institutional and commercial customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters.
- Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
- Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services.
- Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements.
- Collect payments from customers at the time of service, if applicable.
- Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license is necessary.
- Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.
- Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
