You will be responsible for managing projects across various functions, including clinical and supply chain, necessitating strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be required to interact with technical team members and clients to produce high-quality project artifacts that meet Slipstream's quality and compliance standards. You will need to capture complex technical discussions and translate them into clear, actionable documents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements, as well as managing risks and communicating deviations from approved models to the appropriate teams. You will also facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams to identify project requirements and ensure that deliverables are met on time. In addition to project management, you will provide leadership and mentorship to junior project staff, guiding them in project management methodologies and ensuring their professional development. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while adhering to timelines. You will be expected to maintain detailed project plans using tools like Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and JIRA, and present complex data in a concise manner to stakeholders.
