Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial plumbing projects and manage a team of plumbers and mechanics.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all plumbing work.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors on job sites.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff and apprentices.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Extensive commercial plumbing experience required.
- Experience with Med Gas systems and installations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid plumbing license and certifications as required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Previous experience in a foreman role.
