About the position
Lee Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Service Technician to provide facility solutions services, including diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, installing and repairing plumbing fixtures, and maintaining plumbing systems for commercial facilities. The role involves direct communication with customers and requires a strong background in plumbing, including both service and installation work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in commercial facilities.
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding plumbing services.
- Perform advanced diagnosis, service, and repair of water heaters and boilers.
- Conduct advanced drain cleaning using cable machines and hydro jetter equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and read blueprints effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Plumbing License is a plus.
- Certification in PVC/HDPE Fusion Pipe Welding is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of plumbing drainage, waste, and venting systems.
- Experience with backflow certification and advanced pump/lift station diagnosis.
Nice-to-haves
- Electrical experience in plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of complete plumbing systems and materials.
- Ability to perform hot taps on energized piping and equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of drain camera recording and locating underground lines.
